Repairs
If you require a repair on your machine please complete the request below and submit it to us, we will forward it to a repairer in your area. Generally someone will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours to discuss the machine problem (as it may be a problem which can be fixed over the phone) or to make arrangement to visit the site repair your machine.
Repair request cannot be processed if a machine serial number is not provided.
Please advise your Vending Machine’ Serial Number only (disregard all your spare parts’ serial numbers otherwise we won’t find your machine on our data base).
Please note that the standard call out fee is $95 (GST Exclusive) for Just Now Vending Members. All operators including those under warranty, will be contacted for their credit card details, before the repair is completed. (This is necessary in case the repair is not covered under warranty).
