Business Buyer
Your confidential information is protected by our three step process. Once you load your information onto our website it will not be released to the buyer until they have signed a Confidentiality Agreement. We do not release the actual locations of the machines until we reach the Heads of Agreement Stage.

Request information
Once you express interest in a particular business or businesses, you will be sent a Confidentiality agreement to sign. Once you have returned the agreement we will give you access to all the business information you need to evaluate the business.

Make an offer
Once an offer has been accepted, the buyer will pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase into our trust account.

Machine Inspection
We will organise a site inspection with the seller, which will allows you to view the machines, the locations and the day to day workings of the vending machine business.

Official Handover
Once you are satisified that the business and the machines are as advertised we will prepare an agreement to faciltate the transfer of the business to you. Once the agreement is signed you pay the balance to the buyer and take over the busines

Once you have registered, you will be given further information about price, condition, payment systems, and telemetry.
Business Seller
Once you place an ad you include all your sales information, details of the equipment and the suburb(s) the machines are located. The information is held securely until the buyer signs a confidentiality agreement. Just Now Vending does not ask for the actual address of the machines until a heads of agreement is completed. Just Now Vending prepared a heads of agreement and an official business handover. A 10% commission on the sale is charged by Just Now Vending (capped at $5K).

Place your Ad
Your ad needs to include the geographic location of the machine/s, make and model of the machine/s, machine photos, a general condition summary, average yearly sales and your asking price.

Just Now Vending will send you all offers made for your review.

Heads of Agreement
Once you accept an offer the buyer will pay a 20% deposit into our trust account and you will be contacted to arrange a site inspection with the buyer. Once the inspection is completed, and the buyer is satisified, you are required to sign a Heads of Agreement.

Business Handover
We will arrange a handover with the buyer. Once completed the buyer will pay the balance of monies to you. We will invoice you for the amount of commission and transfer the balance of the deposit to you.
