Description
Offered for sale are one, two, or three high-end coffee vending machines, also known as a computerised barista. They were manufactured in Spain by Jofemar Vending, a world leader in automated sales and dispensing solutions. The equipment brand is Jofemar’s top-of-the-line Coffeemar Bluetec G546.
It has a large touchscreen, making it very user-friendly and easy to operate. There are up to 18 different product selections available, giving plenty of selection scope, potentially even including soups and dairy-free milk options.
While the machines were manufactured in 2017, their usage has been very low, so they have experienced very minimal wear over their lifespan.
All three of these high-end coffee vending machines are currently managed under a lease agreement with Automated Retail Technologies Pty Ltd. The machines have previously been located on sites under the brand name Jonnee Coffee. More information on the company can be found at www.jonneecoffee.com.
The machines can be sold under either of the following arrangements:
Option 1: With the Jonnee Coffee branding and associated lease and service agreement, so the purchaser only needs to find a site for the machine and then it would be installed, stocked, serviced, and managed by Automated Retail Technologies Pty Ltd.
Option 2: Without branding and with no service agreement, so the purchaser can manage the machine themselves.
Information describing the Jonnee Coffee opportunity can be provided if this option is of interest to potential purchasers. In simple terms, the financial structure of the Jonnee Coffee lease agreement can be summarised as follows:
- Retail price: $2.80 per cup
- Lease fee: $1.50 per cup
- Net income to owner: $1.30 per cup
As an example of the potential income to the owner that could be generated at sales of say, 50 cups per day, this could represent a net income of approximately $2,000 per month, with no requirement to stock, clean, or service the machine.
The machines came with a seven-year warranty when originally purchased. If the machines are purchased under the Option 1 arrangement as described above with the Jonnee Coffee lease and service agreement, the machines will still be under warranty until 30/04/24. If purchased under the Option 2 arrangement as described above without branding or service agreement, the machines will not be under warranty.
If all three machines are purchased together, the asking price reduces to $20,000 for all three, which is a significant discount compared to the individual unit price.
All the machines are in excellent condition and have been well-serviced their entire life. The number of cups dispensed has been far below the capacity of this high-output machine.
To optimise and consistently deliver the rich flavour of the coffee every time, the barista grinds the coffee beans fresh for every cup to maximise freshness and minimise wastage.
This computerised barista has a pressure valve in the brewing unit to keep constant pressure during the brewing cycle, extracting all the aroma and flavour of the coffee beans from the first to the last drop.
The barista can make up to 500 cups before restocking and is constantly monitored by its own internet connection, which immediately notifies of any issues to ensure it is always operating at peak performance.
The machine is fitted with precision instrumentation to deliver the ingredients in exactly the right quantities at exactly the right temperature, pressure, and filtration rate, every time.
The machine automatically monitors its supplies and operational status, and notifies the service team of any issues.
